Take the opportunity to get your body and mind into shape! Join in with friends and neighbours and come to the classes held in the covered area next to the Sandy Bay Bar. Click on the image below for more information.
Important: Due to the trial being a success the Yoga class is now a permanent fixture on the Sandy Bay Keep Fit Scene!!
We look forward to seeing the regular group and welcome newbies, come along and give it a go. It will be the best hours relaxation and stretching you will have all week.
The classes are open to all male and female RA members, For those with mobility problems, Yoga chairs are now availabe.
