Update Regarding QRA's Request For The 2026-27 Pitch Fee Increase To Be Reduced 50%

Dear Residents, Please find attached the response received from management regarding our request for the 2026/27 pitch fee increase to be reduced from 3.1% to 1.55%. As you will see, management has rejected our request and confirmed that they intend to proceed with the full 3.1% increase. They have referred to both the previous Tribunal determination and the recent Tribunal decision issued in October 2026, stating that neither requires them to reduce this year's increase. The QRA has taken the time to raise residents' concerns and challenge the proposed increase on their behalf. However, given management's response, we now need to consider how residents wish us to proceed. We would welcome your views on what you would like the QRA to do next. Some options may include: • Accepting management's decision and taking no further action. • Seeking independent advice on whether there are grounds for further action, including the possibility of another Tribunal application. • Exploring any other suggestions residents may have. It is important that the QRA represents the views of residents, so we would encourage everyone to read the attached response and let us know their thoughts. Please send your comments and suggestions to the QRA so that we can establish the level of support for any further action before making a decision. We appreciate that residents may have differing views, but it is important that we consider the next steps together. Kind regards, The QRA Committee Kind Regards SBPRA
