Dear Residents,
Following a few recent concerns raised around various areas of Sandy Bay, we would like to kindly remind all dog owners to please clean up after their pets and dispose of any dog waste in the designated dog mess bins located throughout the park.
We would also appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that dogs do not foul or urinate on artificial grass areas belonging to other residents. For the safety and comfort of everyone on the park, including our four-legged friends, dogs should be kept on a short lead at all times while walking around Sandy Bay.
In addition, we kindly ask residents to be mindful of their neighbours when dogs are spending time on decking areas. While we all enjoy having our pets with us, persistent barking can sometimes cause disturbance to others. If your dog begins barking for an extended period, we would be grateful if you could bring them indoors where possible.
