We are pleased to share details of the plans we are submitting for planning approval at Sandy Bay.

These proposals form part of our ongoing investment in the park and include:

• A new leisure facility, featuring an indoor swimming pool, spa pool, and steam room designed for comfort and relaxation.
• An extension and full redesign of the bar and restaurant to create a more welcoming and enjoyable space for residents.

We believe these improvements will enhance the facilities available to you and further strengthen the sense of community at Sandy Bay.
