Swimming Pool Closed

Residents have reported that the swimming pool is now open again.

Just had an update regarding the swimming pool, the good news is electrical repairs have now been carried out.

We will unfortunately be required to keep the swimming pool closed as the water level has dropped significantly and below the skimmer line since the contractors carried out repairs, therefore it requires topping up and to be re-heated.

If you would be so kind as to share this message with the residents, I will of course keep you informed, and hopefully swimming times will return to normal from Wednesday morning.

Of course, I would like to express my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused but this was very much out of our hands.

Dear Residents,

Following our earlier communication regarding the temporary pool closure (see below), we regret to inform you that the pool will remain closed over the upcoming weekend.

Despite our continued efforts throughout the day to obtain a confirmed schedule from the contractor, we have not yet been provided with a definitive date for the necessary repairs.

We will continue to follow up with the contractor and keep you updated as soon as we receive further information.

Dear Resident(s)

It is unfortunate that we are experiencing an electrical fault in the plant room, for your health and safety we have been required to close the swimming pool.

As we are required to use contractors that are qualified to work on swimming pool plant we are unable to use contractors such as Bond as this is a specialist area.

Whilst the pool did close yesterday afternoon (31st July), we were hopeful to have it up and running however parts are required to fix the problem.

I appreciate this may be frustrating, but rest assured we are doing all we can to get our lovely pool back up and running and we appreciate your patience.
