Yoga on Fridays at Sandy Bay has now moved from 11am under the arches.

Moved to St. Nicholas Church Hall, Long Road, Canvey with a new start time of 1pm - 2pm, starting Friday 4th October 2024.

Yoga is for men and women's wellbeing, both physically and mentally. £5.00 come and give it a try. Stephanie the instructor has spare mats if you want to come and try it.

The hall is at a great discounted rate, this class is open to all Sandy Bay residents, and we have opened it up to all residents of Canvey.
