I have spoken to the office this morning and they have confirmed that the email issue has been identified and fixed. There was a system concern that resulted in residents that use Gmail not being sent emails.
For the time being, Gmail users should check that they are regularly receiving emails from Sandy Bay Management.

Some residents have reported that they are still not receiving emails sent out by 'customercare'. This has been reported.

The Sandy Bay Management email issues described below should now be resolved. If you believe you are still being impacted then please contact Sandy Bay Management on 01268 510011.

Please be aware that there is an ongoing concern with the Sandy Bay Management email system.
Some residents are no longer receiving emails from Sandy Bay Managment. It may be possible that the Customer Care email address is also experiencing the same concern.
I have spoken with the office this morning and they advise that they are aware of the concern and that their IT support company is investigating.
When the SBPRA or the Website Team are advised that the SBM email system is working normally the website and residents will be updated.
In the meantime please don't assume that emails you send to SBM email addresses are being received or you are receiving emails from SBM.
