Sandy Bay Park Residents Association (SBPRA)

This Wednesday 17th January we will have Stephen in the bar at 10.00am.  Stephen is from Carers First and will be talking to us about Carers, how we can be carers, why we need carers, and everything involved in this.  Please do come along if you can, it will be beneficial for most of us, if not now, then in the future.

On Wednesday 28th February we will have Mark from Alzheimer's Society coming along to chat to us and will focus on dementia, again this is a subject that does or will affect many of us in one way or another.
