Unfortunately I am having to write this email to remind residents and their guests that The Sandy Bay Bar operates a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive or abusive behaviour, this includes any personal, abusive or threatening comments, bad language, physical contact and aggressive gestures. This mean no abuse of staff is acceptable and anyone behaving in this manner will be refused service and asked to leave.
