Aqua Fit sessions have been running on a Wednesday 12-12.45pm since the spring and came to an end at the end of October 2023.
The ladies have enjoyed the season packed with plenty of laughs, comradery, great music, an energetic tutor, Kim who has kept them on their toes, all this and getting fit too.
Aqua fit is great for the body and mind, aides sleep and offers lots of other benefits.
The last session provided lots of giggles with a water splash party with the noodles, Christmas hats, and sing along to Christmas songs. Thanks to Kim and Mike for all the fun at the pool.
Why not join us in the spring 2024 when we will be back, looking to reunite with our friends and welcome newbies to the group, Men are welcome too, don’t be shy, come and give it a try.
