Can i please ask you all to be vigilant when it comes to Scammers, either over the phone/text/email. Remember your bank will NOT ask you to divulge your secret account details over the phone. Do not pay anyone for parcels that you do not recall ordering. And if ordering please make sure it is a secure site you are dealing with. It is very easy to be taken in by these scams.
