We are aware that some residents are receiving unintended emails. After some investigation we have determined that the concern is caused by residents using the incorrect email address to contact Sandy Bay Management. If you use the email address that Sandy Bay Management use to send their Customer Care emails, then your email will be sent to everybody on that address contact list.
This is potentially caused by residents responding to a Customer Care email by using Reply All at the top of the email.

When sending a new email to Sandy Bay Management, please ensure that your email application does not automatically auto fill in the incorrect address as you start to type the address. If you use Contacts, please ensure you have the correct address stored for Sandy Bay Management.
