The project will see the construction of a new build pavilion, associated external works, and car park extension improvements. The project forms part of the regeneration programme for Canvey Island’s seafront by providing improvements to the facilities and visitor experience.

Another Colchester-based company, TJ Evers is responsible for the construction of the Pavilion and associated external works.

Construction is planned to start on Monday 18th March with work starting on the new carpark extension first.

Construction is due to complete in early December 2024 with formal handover of the new facilities scheduled for early January 2025. Click on links to open pictures.
