Sandy Bay Internet Issues Monday 14th November

Some residents experienced Internet outage on Monday 14th November, from around 4pm.  The following update was received from Sandy Bay Management on 15th November...

I have just spoken with Wayne who deals with the internet on site.

He said there was a problem yesterday, but it’s been resolved, residents need to switch the router off and back on again from the mains.

****But please do not press the reset button on the router.
