As you all know we are understaffed in our kitchen since one of the team left. We are advertising on indeed, but have been unable to fill this position so far.
We have now also received news that another member of our kitchen team has become very ill.
Going forward now we can all only do our best to keep the kitchen going for you. There will be times when we will need to close early or reduce the menu, or you may have to wait a little longer than usual,
Because she may need days off to rest and will need time off for hospital treatment, this will leave us with only one cook. I hope this helps you to understand why we are doing things a little differently lately.
I will do my best to keep you all updated on times, closures, and menu changes, but please do not question the staff for details as we cannot give any more information than I already have, in order to protect this lady's privacy .
