The committee realise that this is an uncertain time in the life of our community here at Sandy Bay, and understand residents are anxious to know what the future is.
We have seen individual residents communications with RoyaleLife, again we can understand the frustration that have made residents contact them.
We believe that to develop good communications with the new owners, all contact with them for the time being should come from the Residents Association.
