The Sandy Bay Residents Association and its members would like to extend our congratulations on your new acquisition and management of Sandy Bay Park. We would like to welcome you and look forward to working with you to make the Park grow into a fantastic thriving community.
Now that your purchase has been made public on Linkedin, the Residents Association would like to ask for a meeting with your representative to discuss ongoing park concerns not previously addressed by the outgoing management team.
We would also ask that you confirm via the Residents Association any changes in processes you intend to make & when you intend to communicate the acquisition with Residents. Also, residents are asking if they should cancel standing orders and debit payments for utilities and ground rent made to the old owners.
