Your Home Snagging List
We would like to remind new residents of the need to complete a snagging list where necessary, in order to comply with the terms of the Sandy Bay Park Warranty.
The first snagging list should be completed within the first 30 days and presented to Sandy Bay Management, however after that (and within the first year) OMAR should be contacted directly.
A final snagging list can be completed eleven months after occupation and submitted directly to Omar. We would advise our new residents to take advantage of this and carry out inspection of their homes so that any defects can be added to the snagging list before this deadline.

We would suggest that to our residents that where possible, they should contact OMAR via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org in order that they can keep records of all communications, in case of any follow-up of issues may that be required.
We would also strongly recommend that residents read carefully the Terms and Conditions of their warranty which was provided as part of the ‘Owners Pack’. This should have been given to residents on occupation. Residents should also note different warranties and conditions apply to block paving, decking and steps and artificial grass.
