Yoga classes have moved to St Nicholas Church, Long Road, Canvey with a new start time of 1pm - 2pm, starting Friday 4th October 2024.
Yoga is for men and women's wellbeing, both physically and mentally. Come and give it a try. If you do not have your own mats, then one will be supplied.
The hall is at a great discounted rate. The class is open to all Sandy Bay residents and we have opened it up to all residents of Canvey.
