The Sandy Bay Park Residents Association (abbreviated to SBPRA) is handling residents personal data in compliance with the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018. As a small voluntary organisation we completed an assessment on the Data Commissioners Website, the results of which indicated that the SBPRA is not obliged to comply with the Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
The SBPRA Committee takes the responsibility of handling your personal data very seriously, and to this end has voluntarily decided to comply with the GDPR, and has also published a Privacy Notice.
